Our sessions
We deliver sessions at your premises — warehouses, offices, production units, and anywhere else Renfrew workers spend their working day. All sessions are free to Renfrew-area employers.
Response time
We aim to reply within two working days. If your enquiry is urgent — for example, a workplace health concern or a session needed at short notice — please do say so in your message and we will prioritise it.

We are a Renfrew organisation through and through. Our volunteers live and work here. Our sessions are delivered here. Every pound we raise goes directly back into reaching more workers in this town.
